Info Exploitation Workshop (25 Jan)

8:30 - 9:00 REGISTRATION AND COFFEE

9:00 - NaN:NaN INFORMATION EXPLOITATION FOR MODERN VEHICLE PLATFORMS

Understanding the complex security environments of current and future deployments and the threats within them enables forces to plan and respond – ensuring information dominance in such environments enables an army to control the response to the threat or even prevent the attack and defeat emerging threats as they arise.
To enable this information dominance, modern armies are currently faced with two challenges; processing of the massive amounts of data available to forward troops to include transmission to supporting headquarters and the transition from vehicle to the dismounted fight..
This workshop will examine:
· How information is exploited in the kill chain
· Information continuity for the solider in the transition from vehicle to the fight
· Technology impact on the experience of the crew and how they operate
· Battle management situation awareness across the fleet

•Crew Communications
•Crew Cognitive Burden
•Managing Information
